Social Housing App is a free calculation and simulation tool developed to assist citizens considering TOKİ/Social Housing applications in their decision-making process.

This tool is for informational purposes only. Please note the following:

• Calculations are estimates and may differ from official results
• Actual installment amounts and increase rates are determined by TOKİ
• For legal and official processes, refer to toki.gov.tr and evsahibiturkiye.gov.tr
• Application developers cannot be held responsible for damages arising from calculation results

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for entering accurate information and should evaluate calculation results at their own risk and responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property

Social Housing App is an open-source project (MIT License). Source code is accessible on GitHub.

5. Changes

Terms of service may be updated without prior notice. Changes will:

• Be published on this page
• Be deemed accepted when new terms take effect
• Result in user notification for significant changes

6. Service Interruption

Service is provided without interruption whenever possible, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
